How do I cancel?

If you’re not using any paid features there’s no need to cancel your account, you can simply stop using it if you wish. We’d really appreciate it if you could email us at support@publisha.com though to tell us why you want to leave Publisha, as we use all input to improve our service.

 

If you pay us a monthly fee to remove ads from your site or to handle all your ads yourself, this can be cancelled immediately. Just email us on support@publisha.com and we’ll do it right away. You will not be charged any further payments, and your account will remain live until the end of your current 30 day billing cycle.

 

If you really want to completely cancel your account and delete all your data please email support@publisha.com and we’ll take care of this for you, right after we do some security checks to make sure it’s really you!
